Iloilo Park Center

The Park Center, formerly known as Park Hotel, is a heritage structure from the 1960s that is being renovated for adaptive reuse as a mixed-use commercial building. Hinahon Design + Architects, in collaboration with the ICCHCC (Iloilo City Cultural Heritage Conservation Council), is leading the design process to ensure the structure harmonizes with the character of the Calle Real Cultural District while embodying the calm, thoughtful aesthetic that defines our firm
